Kerry Flanary is a licensed Massage Therapist and acquired her National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage. She also has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1995 and continues to work in that field part time. Kerry specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and can customize the massage to her client’s needs. She is also trained in Trigger Point, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Chair Massage.

She received her training at Crave Academy, formerly known as Xenon International Academy, in Ballwin, Missouri. Jessica held the honor of Valedictorian of her graduating class. She specializes in facials, Microdermabrasion, waxing, body treatments, and spray tanning. Jessica also extended her education by completing Crave’s Medical Aesthetics Certification Program. Through this intensive program she received additional training in medical grade chemical peels and dermaplaning.

Amanda Simon is a Holistic Health Practitioner and a licensed Massage Therapist. She received her training at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, Ca. She has been practicing massage since 2000. Amanda specializes in working with injuries of all types (chronic and acute), postural issues and melting stress away. Her modalities include; Therapeutic Myoskeletal Alignment, Rolfing, Ortho-Bionomy, Myofascial Release, Trigger point, Strain Counter Strain, Active Techniques, Passive Joint Movement and many more, Swedish, deep tissue, Hawaiian, Sports, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, and Hot Stone. She is also certified in Aromatherapy and Reflexology and can include either in most massages per your request.

Sarah Hovan is a Licensed Esthetician, she received her initial training at the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis where she worked as an Esthetician at the LifeSpa in the Grand Hotel. Sarah moved to the St. Louis area and continued her education at the Aesthetic Institute of St. Louis. She has worked in one of the top Med-spas in St. Louis for the last 6 1/2 years. In addition to 8 years of experience, Sarah has been chosen to be a mentor and an educator in her field. Sarah has moved back to the Illinois side of the river to be closer to her family. She has experience in both natural and medical skincare and is excited to bring the best of both worlds to you, with organic Pevonia products and diamond microdermabrasion, at Bodies Kneaded, Glen Carbon! In addition to skincare, Sarah has been waxing for the duration of her career and has a reputation for being extremely fast and virtually pain free! Make-up artistry is another fun and exciting side to Sarah, and she will be able to provide those services to her guests soon!

She aims to reduce tension, ease pain, increase range of motion, and promote an overall state of well-being.

Sloan has been part of the salon almost since its beginning. She has years of experience, and I would say she’s seen it all. Styles come, and styles go, but good hair designers always adapt and recreate themselves to the times. Hair color is not an exact science; it takes experience and knowledge to be a great hair colorist. Sloan’s training with Redken, Hair World Las Vegas, Hair Color U. S. A. Miami, and numerous regional training academies have made her one of the go-to stylists in the area.
